• Order Management – Placing orders, managing back orders and customer own pick-up orders
• Voice call – Handling daily customer inbound calls and make outbound calls/ pro-active communications when necessary
• Customer enquiries – Handling daily customer enquiries from ordering till invoicing.
• Admin – Administer printing, scanning, letter preparation and etc.
• Handles incoming calls (orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.)
• Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, account collection, etc.)
• Directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager, although a certain degree of creativity and latitude may be required
• May be required to manage, guide, and motivate teams
• Basic knowledge of business applications
• Prefer candidate with minimum 1 year experience or more in call-center. Fresh graduates can be considered subject to background check
• Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
