Project Manager – Change Management (Ref No: B240519PMCM)
This is a contract employment to be based in Bangsar South, KL with a possibility of extension subject to performance and business needs.
We are looking for a Manager to ensure the HR Modernization project (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage for the country. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management approaches and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change project manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
This role will also play an additional role in supporting the Country HR Director in identifying change impact activities, action plans and propose solutions for HR country processes that are outside the scope of Workday along with the HR business partners.
