Hello, We are Techsap, a Malaysian small boutique outsourcing supplier focusing on Global Business Services



Our clients are mainly Multi-national Corporations (MNC) that set up their global shared service centres in Malaysia and we are supporting them by supplying or sourcing skilled resources in IT, Accounting, HR, Procurement, Marketing and various commercial functions.

For the past 20 years, the globalization has brought in business opportunities as well as international competitors. Nevertheless, we have been successful in winning Master Service Agreements for long term projects by contending against various competitors from UK, Australia, Germany, India and Singapore.

History





Adaptability has become the core driver for our business operations and sustainability.


The Company was incorporated in May 1994 as a consulting firm and had been involved in several SAP implementations in the early stages. Between 2002 and 2003, the Company partnered with a local system integrator to market SAP ERP solutions to the local small and medium-sized Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.


Since Jul 2004, the Company has transformed from the consulting to the current asset-light organizations. The Company mainly focuses in the shared services industries and taps the growing demand of hiring "difficult-to-find" talents. To fulfill the local statutory requirements, our organization is structured as the following:

Techsap ASP Sdn Bhd is the entity for the managed services in the areas of IT and Global Business Services (GBS)

Agensi Pekerjaan Techsap Sdn Bhd is the entity for the executive search.



Managed Services





We are well-versed in the stagegates of IT managed services particularly in the areas of LAN, WAN, Telephony, Data Communication and Network Security. With a number of qualified Project Managers, Designers, Service Managers and Certified Engineers, we manage the Life Cycle Management and Delivery Services of cross-border IT projects for our clients from Malaysia. Our commitment for business successes enables many of the world’s best known MNC to deploy their projects and share service centres effectively and in schedule.



Contingent Workforce Program





Malaysia has been a preferred and cost advantageous location for MNC to set up its shared services and business centres. Techsap has been the key supplier for several global companies as the one-stop centre for the end-to-end solutions of setting the up the competence centres. We mobilise the resources and in some cases support our customers in the recruitment of talents for the kick-start of the operations. For over two decades, we have seen the successes of MNC in setting up their regional IT competence centre in Malaysia and we are proud to be involved in the global deliveries of the services to their end users..



Outsourcing





We offer one-stop approach for the full payroll outsourcing solution. The scopes of the services cover end-to-end processes, including on-boarding, monthly payroll. performance reviews, monthly statutory contribution as well as the annual tax return.



Talent Acquisition





As we operate as a one-stop centre, we provide services to global companies who require to hire locals for the initial setup of their shared services centres and IT hubs. To fulfill to the local statutory requirements, we have incorporated a legal entity Agensi Pekerjaan Techsap Sdn Bhd (ROC 200401002873 (641376-T)) and applied for the license in order to ensure full compliance.

Improving candidate experiences is a must in order to maintain success in search for talents.

Health, Safety, Security, the Environment (HSSE)





HSSE procedures are updated in our employment contract and internal Work Rules to ensure the base locations and the respective HSSE requirements are identified and documented. When workforces are deployed to those base locations that require additional HSSE trainings, medical check-up, insurance, safety gears and work permit, all these requirements must be fulfilled before the actual deployment.

Arriving by Car & Parking

To arrive at our office by car, use the location map below. Please note there are limited parking lots at the open car parks. You have to proceed to Block B multi-level car parks located behind Block A. You may prefer to park at 3 Damansara (Previously known as Tropicana City Mall) and walk to our office. Please exit at level B2 of TCM and walk towards Damansara Intan. If you need any guidance, please call us at the number indicated below.


Arriving by MRT / Train

Our office is situated only 15 minutes walk from the TTDI MRT train station. When you exit the MRT station, turn right and walk towards Glo Damansara Shopping Centre. You need to use the overhead pedestrian bridge to cross the Sprint Highway and reach Damansara Intan. Alternatively, you might choose to exit at Phileo Damansara and take the feeder bus T816. To catch the feeder bus T816, walk towards the Phileo Damansara office buildings and wait at the bus station. Visit MRT website for more information.
